Transparent Product Manager
The partners I work with usually think of me as a transparent product manager. Because they can understand what's going on in my brain from all my documents. No misunderstandings, no doubts.
They can see from the mind map how I disassemble and assemble each functional module. From the product roadmap, they know my strategy and that of my stakeholders for product development. From the project management software, they know the current progress of all the partners in the team. From the various flowcharts and prototyping diagrams, I know what kind of experience I expect everyone to bring to the users. Learn all the rules we should follow from the documentation. So anyone can learn about a product manager and their product from the files I provide.
That's why our product was able to gain a large number of users in a short launch.
How I Became a Good Product Manager
Just like I have to think a lot about “how might we” when planning a product. For my partners, I'm always thinking about how I can make things easier for them. That's why I'm always trying and improving, so I have my own style of writing. You can see in each of my profiles that a product manager cares about his partners and his products.
You can see that none of my documents look like what should be in any insight article, course, certification, or credential about product managers. So even if you are a product manager, you can learn a lot from me.
